One morning, at the end of summer, three people rob a bank in a tiny town of the West coast of Gotland Island. Their getaway car runs over a six-year-old girl. When the police locate their hideaway, they find one of the thieves dead and no trace of the other two. Anders Knutas and Karin Jacobsson are assigned the case. They only know that one of the robbers was a woman and there are ties to a motorcycle club on the island. Will it be enough to help them find the criminals or will the criminals find them first?
